Realty Management Services (RMS)
Realty Management Services (RMS) was founded in 1991 to manage the Saipan-based properties of Tan Holdings Corporation, as well as to specialize in the maintenance of affiliate offices and staff housing. RMS is also tasked with managing a range of ongoing improvement projects and renovations of these properties.
The company manages more than 250 apartment units in six locations: Ocean View Villa, Sunset View Villa, and Lower Navy Hill Apartments in Navy Hill, Finasisu Terrace Apartments in Finasisu, Hilltop Condominiums in San Vicente, and Garapan Courtyard in Garapan. These units range from basic one-bedroom studios to fully furnished three-bedroom units.
The company currently holds the distinction of being the largest provider of apartment and warehouse space in the CNMI.
RMS also oversees a range of improvement projects and renovations, the most recent of which is the refurbishment of the 118-room Fina Sisu Airport Apartment.
